What is Inner Light Coaching?

Inner Light Coaching is a personalized journey designed to help you align your mind, body, and heart, creating harmony within and stepping into clarity, joy, and conscious personal leadership.

Through experiential practices, positive psychology, art and drama therapy, guided visualisation, sound, coaching exercises, and mindful practices, I support you to:

How Inner Light Coaching Work

Your journey is tailored to your unique situation and intentions and can include:

  • Multi-session journey. A deeper, layered process over several weeks or months.

Each session combines structured coaching with experiential practices that help insights move from the mind into embodied awareness. Techniques may include:
