About Priscilla
Sound, Presence and Inner Alignment
I’m Priscilla, an art therapist, sound facilitator, and guide in personal development.
My work creates space for awareness, presence, and integration, supporting balance and regulation in the body and mind.
A space to reconnect with yourself
Through Sound Journeys, Inner Alignment, and Medicine Music, I create spaces where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore your inner world in a grounded and supportive way.
My offerings bring together sound, coaching, creative expression, mindfulness, and voice work, supporting relaxation, self-expression, and regulation of the nervous system.
Through sound journeys, singing circles, and voice activation practices, I invite you to explore both stillness and expression as pathways to reconnect with yourself.

Approach and Philosophy
My work is rooted in experiential learning and presence.
I believe that real change happens not only through thinking, but through feeling, experiencing, and integrating.
I combine elements of positive psychology, mindfulness, sound, breathwork, and creative practices to support a holistic approach to wellbeing and personal development. These practices also support the regulation of the nervous system, helping the body shift into greater calm, balance, and awareness.
My work creates space for awareness, presence, and integration, allowing each person to move at their own pace while supporting balance and regulation of body and mind.
Experience & Background
My work is grounded in a combination of social work, creative therapy, coaching, and sound-based practices.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Creative Therapy from the Hogeschool Utrecht. Over the years, I have continued to deepen my work through training in coaching, communication, meditation, breathwork, and sound.
My background includes training in solution-focused coaching, wellbeing coaching, and meditation, as well as specialized studies in sound and voice practices, including crystal singing bowls, shamanic sound, and vocal expression. I have also trained in voice activation and singing practices for sound work and ceremonies, which inform my work with communal singing and vocal expression.
Alongside this, I have developed and facilitated experiential training programs such as Mindset Matters, a multi-day program focused on positive psychology and personal development for youth workers. I have also contributed as a facilitator and art therapist in international training programs in Ireland, Germany, and Cyprus
In my current work, I am involved as a trainer in the program Oog voor deMENSie, supporting professionals in developing awareness, presence, and human-centered care.
Earlier in my career, I worked extensively with people with dementia, which deeply shaped my ability to attune, listen, and connect beyond words. This experience continues to influence the way I hold space in my current work.
My Path
My journey has been shaped not only by education and work, but also by travel and lived experience.
I spent extended periods traveling through Asia and the Middle East, exploring different cultures, perspectives, and ways of living. During this time, I also spent a period in Nepal living and practicing in a monastery, deepening my experience with meditation and stillness.
These experiences have influenced the way I approach my work today, with openness, curiosity, and respect for different paths and ways of being.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
In my work, I create a space that is calm, grounded, and supportive.
You are invited to arrive as you are, without needing to perform or achieve anything.
Whether you come for relaxation, reflection, or deeper exploration, the space is held with care, presence, and respect for your process.
