Sound Journeys are immersive sessions using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, voice, and intuitive instruments to support relaxation, regulate the nervous system, and guide you into a gentle state of inner stillness. Each session creates a safe and nurturing space where you can slow down, let go, and reconnect with yourself.

The vibrations of sound gently invite the body and mind into a state of rest, balance, and inner awareness.

How Sound Healing Works

Sound works directly on the nervous system. The layered tones and vibrations of singing bowls encourage a shift from stress or tension into deep relaxation, similar to the effects of meditation or slow, restorative sleep.

Many people notice a shift toward slower brainwave activity, deeper breathing, and a quieting of the mind, allowing the body and energy field to soften and realign.

You don’t need to do anything. Simply receive the sound and allow your body and mind to respond naturally.

Sound Journeys are available in several formats:

  • Group sessions – at my space, retreat center, or your location

What to expect during a session:

Each session is guided by the intention of the group or individual, so no two journeys are the same. A typical session may include:

  • Grounding – Gentle guidance to settle into the present moment and reconnect with your body and breath.
  • Immersive sound journey – experience the layered sounds of singing bowls, voice, chimes, and other intuitive instruments such as drums, ocean drum, or rattles.
  • Integration – a short moment for reflection, conversation, or tea to support calm, clarity, and inner presence.
  • Optional practices – guided visualization, breath awareness, or gentle meditation depending on intention of the session.

This experience supports deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and emotional wellbeing, providing a safe and nurturing space to slow down, let go, and reconnect with yourself.

When a Sound Journey May Not Be Suitable

If you have epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, are in the first trimester of pregnancy, or use a pacemaker, please consult a healthcare professional before participating.
